DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience bringing sophisticated technology and exceptional people together to operate in markets around the world.  We value autonomy and the ability to quickly pivot to capture opportunities, so we operate using our own capital and trading at our own risk.

Headquartered in Chicago with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, we trade a variety of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy across all major global markets. We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.

We operate with respect, curiosity and open minds. The people who thrive here share our belief that it’s not just what we do that matters–it's how we do it.  DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.

Our Trade Management team offers mission-critical support for our Openlink Endur platform and several related systems. • Develop and maintain Endur scripts for process automation, complementing this with proprietary software and third-party technologies as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents related to Endur, stemming from either internal and external factors.
  • Automate configuration and rollout procedures to minimize manual errors and uphold flawless change management.
  • Collaborate with traders, developers, back office, QA, infrastructure, technical support, business development, and various management teams globally.
  • Help end users and developers understand core trading and back-office systems to ensure efficient and correct use of available tools.
  • Manage user access to Endur, related tools, and 3rd party applications
  • Build documentation for common procedures, troubleshooting scenarios, and system architecture.
  • Coordinate efforts with other support teams to ensure continuity and consistency of support in a 24x7 environment.

What’s needed in this role:

  • Direct experience with Openlink Endur (version 16 or higher) in a support or system administration capacity.
  • Strong Windows platform support experience, with Linux knowledge being advantageous.
  • Script development skills, particularly related to automating Endur processes.
  • SQL knowledge, including queries, updates, table creation, and basic database maintenance.
  • Experience with other commodities and Openlink systems; for example, prior experience with systems like BroadPeak K3, WebICE, Trayport, eCat, YesEnergy, and/or Findur is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of network communications.
  • Must have some flexibility in work schedule to help ensure team coverage; rotating on-call coverage required.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, an equivalent degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-motivation and intellectual curiosity, with a strong desire to continually improve the production support function.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, reliability, and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to handle pressure and time constraints with composure, multitask, and switch contexts efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively plan and prioritize.
  • Must have strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to have clear and concise conversations, both written and verbal, with a variety of personalities
  • The capacity to quickly apply prior context to troubleshooting and communication efforts.
