We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Product Manager to support the development and growth of our Denex Gas Station product on the Canton Network. This individual will play a critical role in driving execution across the product lifecycle—from requirement gathering and sprint management to QA and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced product team operating at the intersection of finance and blockchain innovation.

Location: Houston.  Open to remote for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Execution
    • Assist in the development and enhancement of internal and external-facing web portals.
    • Support the collection, documentation, and refinement of product requirements with key stakeholders.
    • Participate in QA testing to ensure a high-quality user experience and smooth product releases.
    • Collaborate with engineers and designers to shape and ship impactful features.
  • Agile Project Management
    • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
    • Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
    • Help manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer feedback.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, specifications, and user guides.
    • Assist in creating release notes and training materials for internal and external users.
    • Ensure clear documentation of feature requests, enhancements, and bug reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
    • Communicate product priorities and development progress across teams.
    • Partner with senior product managers to support product strategy and goal-setting.
  • Customer Engagement & Support
    • Assist in training and onboarding for the external-facing Gas Station portal.
    • Provide initial product support, resolving user inquiries efficiently.
    • Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform future product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-functional alignment.
  • A collaborative, self-starter mindset with a strong desire to grow in a dynamic product environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $175,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
