DRWs regulated UK and EU entities are Non-SNI Investment Firms for the purposes of the EUs Investment Firms Directive and the UKs Investment Firms Prudential Regulations. Where they are required to do so, they prepare annually a Pillar 3 (MIFID 8 in the UK) Disclosure Report.
