Product Manager - Technology

DRW is looking for a Product Manager to support our technology initiatives and become part of our dynamic organization. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned product management professional that has experience managing the product life cycle processes and aligning cross functional technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmaps.
• Understand and follow technical trends.
• Act as technical product evangelist.
• Capture and prioritize business requirements for new products and feature enhancements.
• Drive product life cycle through to deployment while managing deadlines, stakeholders, and reporting on KPI’s throughout.
• Manage beta and pilot programs for products and services.
• Assist with collection of stakeholder feedback to determine opportunities to address current state and drive necessary change.
• Collaborate with project management team to ensure milestones are met and stakeholders are updated.

Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building and managing relationships with strong technical leaders.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding new technologies and services from inception to deployment.
• Analytical mindset that can operate in ambiguity and solve complex problems throughout product roadmap.
• Ability to adapt to fast changing technology and anticipate and overcome obstacles.
• Passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in delivering quality outputs that benefits users.
