Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Managerto join Cumberland’s blockchain product development team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned product management professional that has experience managing the product life cycle processes and aligning cross functional technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmaps.
• Understand and follow trends in technology and product management.
• Capture and prioritize business requirements for products and feature enhancements.
• Drive product life cycle through to deployment while managing deadlines, stakeholders, and reporting on KPI’s throughout.
• Manage beta and pilot programs for products and services.
• Assist with collection of stakeholder feedback to determine opportunities to address current state and drive necessary change.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience analyzing and translating business needs to create functional requirements.
• Significant experience providing business/systems analysis for software development. 
• Familiarity with data systems and software development practices. 
• Proven leadership abilities; a self-starter who can work independently to drive results across several teams. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communications to different audiences as needed and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. 
• Strategic thinking; ability to synthesize team requests and industry trends. 
• Strong business acumen; analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to identify trends and root issues and recommend solutions that support the company’s business objectives. 
• Strong organizational and presentation skills; professional demeanor.
