As we continue to expand our presence in the DeFi space, we are seeking a motivated Marketing and Social Media Manager to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

As the Marketing and Social Media Manager at Hashnote, you will be a key contributor in driving our brand visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and expertise in social media management will play a crucial role in building our community, promoting our products, and enhancing our brand recognition in the competitive DeFi market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and more, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Create compelling and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to communicate complex DeFi concepts to a broader audience.
• Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics to refine and optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor trends, news, and developments within the DeFi space to proactively identify opportunities for engagement and thought leadership.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends, DeFi industry news, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Monitor relevant governance forums of partner and competing protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of the DeFi landscape and emerging trends in the blockchain industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and measure performance.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible content.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Familiarity with financial terminology and trends is a strong plus.
