DRW offers a variety of education and training for our experienced hires. We strongly encourage continuous learning, and offer various opportunities for personal and career growth via in-house training, conferences, seminars, and outside speakers. We offer classes covering a variety of topics including the basics of trading futures and options to more advanced concepts of trading. To promote collaboration and innovation, DRW hosts weekly gatherings including Geek Lunch, Ninja Factory, and QR Lite, where technical and research topics are discussed. Additionally, employees are encouraged to attend technical conferences, leadership training, and continuing education programs.
